Manchester United v. Newcastle United - Match Preview
Manchester United have the chance to retain top-spot in the Premiership if they get a single point against Newcastle at Old Trafford.

Arsenal went top of the league after a superb 4-1 victory at home to Middlesbrough, who The Gunners play 4 times in the month of January.

Sir Bobby Robson's Newcastle side raised a few eyebrows at the start of the season with their poor run of form. But form has improved and The Magpies currently lay 7th in the league.

United romped home to an incredible 6-2 victory in this away fixture last season, but a much tougher game is expected this campaign.

Darren Fletcher is banned from the fixture and United will make at least one change from the side that beat Bolton in midweek. Diego Forlan, Nicky Butt or Kleberson could all take his place. Ruud van Nistelrooy is just two goals off reaching 100 United goals in all competitions.

Toon boss Sir Bobby Robson confirmed that their will be an unchanged squad to face United and will be without Ameobi, Caldwell and obviously Bellamy.

One to Watch - Keiron Dyer
The one time United target scored two fantastic goals against Southampton and is on fine form. Tim Howard must be his great self to stop the England international's shots.

ManUtdWeb Prediction - Man Utd 1 - Newcastle 0
I think United will edge it past a fired up Newcastle late or early on in the game. A draw might also be on the cards.
