Manchester United have arranged a pre-season friendly with Nationwide Division One outfit Walsall at The Saddler's Bescott Stadium on July 27th. Most of United's star-studded squad will be in America at the time, partaking in their 2nd successive tour of the USA.

friendly with Nationwide Division One outfit Walsall at The Saddler's
Bescott Stadium on July 27th.
Most of United's star-studded squad will be in America at the time, partaking in their 2nd successive tour of the USA playing the likes of Scottish champions Celtic but this fixture is great for players fresh off the back of Euro 2004. The Red Devils have also announced they have scheduled 'The Vodafone Tournament' in pre-season. Dutch Giants PSV Eindhoven, Argentinean club Boca Juniors and Japanese outfit Uruwa Reds will take part in the pre-season tournament at Old Trafford. The first ever 'Vodafone Tournament' will take place between the 3rd and 5th of August. |
