Silvestre Hopes to "Give the Fans a Good Send Off"

Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre has urged his fellow team mates to give the United fans a good send off in the final home game of the season against Chelsea tomorrow. The Frenchman also hopes that he and his fellow team-mates can rise to the challenge of Chelsea.

has urged his fellow team mates to give the United fans a good send off in
the final home game of the season against Chelsea tomorrow.
The season is nearly over and with just two games left to play, the Frenchman hopes that he and his fellow team-mates can rise to the challenge of Champions League Semi-Finalists Chelsea. "It's important we give the fans a good send off because they support us whatever we do on the pitch," said the Frenchman. He added: "We have to show that we aren't third best in the league. United should be at the top." If United were to win tomorrow, the race for the runners-up position in the league would go down to he final day of the season but Claudio Ranieri's side only need 1-point to clinch the 2nd place. |
