United Quartet Get Euro 2004 Nod

Four Manchester United players have been included in Sven-Goran Eriksson's 23-man squad that will travel to Portugal to compete in Euro 2004 this summer. Midfielders Nicky Butt, Phil Neville and Paul Scholes along with defender Gary Neville have all been given the nod.

Four Manchester United players have been
included in Sven-Goran Eriksson's 23-man squad that will travel to
Portugal to compete in Euro 2004 this summer.
Midfielders Nicky Butt, Phil Neville and Paul Scholes along with defender Gary Neville have all been given the nod but Wes Brown, who has been tipped to make the squad after an impressive return from injury, did not. Eriksson said: "Wes Brown is coming back from two bad injuries. I think that he has not got back to the level he was at before those injuries, that is my opinion." England's Euro 2004 campaign kicks off on June 13th in Lisbon where Sven's men meet current European Champions France then will take on other members of Group B - Croatia and Switzerland on the 17th of June and 21st of June respectively.
