Saha Relishes England Clash

United forward Louis Saha is relishing France's opening game with England, but admits it will be tough for him to return to Manchester if England triumph on Sunday! Saha will line up against several Red Devils team-mates as the French start the defence of their European crown.

Manchester United striker Louis Saha has admitted that he'd thoroughly enjoy a return to Manchester if his French side are victorious on Saturday against England, but a contrasting result would be hard for him to bare! The French kick-off the defence of their European Championship title against England on Sunday, and should he start, the forward will line up against several Old Trafford team-mates as the two nations do battle in what promises to be a thrilling fixture.

"It's in the hands of the coach but I will do whatever is asked of me. It is a very interesting match against England and for me it will be a special one too if I play, but quite apart from the fact that it is high-profile it is also important in terms of how we do in the competition and we must remember that."  said the former Fulham hit man.

"You don't want to go back to a club if you lose a game like that."

Saha's career on the international scene has changed dramatically since his move from Craven Cottage to Lancashire. He arrived at Old Trafford an uncapped hopeful in the shadow of French stars such as David Trezeguet, Thierry Henry, Sylvain Wiltord and Steve Marlet. With Trezegeut struggling for fitness, Saha is currently favourite to pair up with Arsenal striker Henry as the Frogs look to put their miserable world come campaign behind them with victory over England.
