Diego Forlan and new-signing Gabriel Heinze were both in Copa America action for their respective countries yesterday as they look to take the trophy away from holders Columbia. Forlan, short of confidence, vowed to use the tournament as a shopping window for interested clubs.

Manchester United's Diego Forlan and
new-signing Gabriel Heinze were both in Copa America action for their
respective countries yesterday as they look to take the trophy away from
holders Columbia.
Forlan, short of confidence, vowed to use the tournament as a shopping window for interested clubs willing to sweep him away from his nightmare at Old Trafford but didn't manage to get on the score sheet in Uruguay's 2-2 draw with Mexico. The Spain-bound striker was substituted during the game. Heinze started in defence for Argentina and had a solid game, and watching Javier Saviola strike a hat-trick in their staggering 6-1 win over Ecuador.
