Manchester United defender Wes Brown has snubbed a recently offered contract deal set by United and looks likely to leave Old Trafford when the transfer window opens in January. Sir Alex Ferguson confessed the situation early Saturday morning.

snubbed a recently offered contract deal set by United and looks likely to
leave Old Trafford when the transfer window opens in January.
Sir Alex Ferguson confessed the situation early Saturday morning and admitted that the club would like to make some money on the situation rather than Brown leaving on a free-transfer in the summer. "We've made the boy an offer and he's turned it down. It's his decision."
said Scotsman Ferguson 24-year old Brown has been demoted down the defensive pecking order at United following the purchase of Gabriel Heinze and the return of Rio Ferdinand . The England capped centre-half demands regular first team football in order to revive his international career but various injuries have hampered him playing for Sven Goran Eriksson. |
