Ronaldo Makes UEFA Team

Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo has been named in UEFA's Team of the Year including 3 other British based stars, with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho as manager.

The Portuguese winger hasn't showed his true potential in recent weeks and looks lethargic following a grueling summer, starring for Portugal in both Euro 2004 and the Olympic games.

19-year-old Ronaldo has enjoyed a dream year by stamping his authority on football during his first-season at Old Trafford and becoming a regular in Scolari's Portugal side.

Arsenal duo Thierry Henry and Ashley Cole were also selected, so too were Chelsea pair Ricardo Carvalho and Jose Mourinho.
