Solskjaer Reveals Future Plans

Manchester United forward Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed he would be interested in becoming a coach if having one last pop at playing football without injury problems doesn't work.

Solskjaer has been plagued with knee problems over the past few seasons and has been out for all of the current term, but is expected to be back in action for the 2005/2006 campaign.

Whether the Norwegian striker will play regular first-team football at Old Trafford next season is a doubt however, as he has to compete with the likes of Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, David Bellion, Louis Saha and Alan Smith for a place in the squad.

Fan's Favourite Solskjaer recently stated: "In case it does not go well, I might become a coach sooner than expected. The original plan was to play out the 2006 season but I am longing to play football like never before"

"In case the comeback goes well and the knee stands it, I wouldn't mind to play football for a couple of additional years at United"

"I will get a bit scared for the expectations regarding my comeback but I will do my best."
