Fletcher: We'll Bounce Back

Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher has tipped his side to bounce back from disappointing results this season and prosper next term due to the quality in younger players.

The Scotland international admits the FA Cup would be a consolation for this season, but would like to help his side win more silverware in the future.

"There are a lot of younger players in the squad now," said Fletcher, who has struggled with injury this year. "There is myself, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo to mention a few.

"We are definitely building towards the future and all good things have to come to an end"

"The manager is rebuilding like he has rebuilt here before."

Fletcher has heaped praise on team-mate Wayne Rooney, lauding the impact he's made at Old Trafford. "He's a confident character is Wayne. He has belief in his own ability, as do the players and the manager" he added

"He has had a great season already and is looking to get 20 goals this season and build on it next season.".
