Keane Predicts FA Cup Final Fireworks

Manchester United skipper Roy Keane has predicted many fireworks during his side's FA Cup Final showdown with Arsenal at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Saturday.

The Irishman lead his squad to a 4-2 victory over the Gunners earlier this season to end their 49-game unbeaten Premiership run.

Keane is also excited at the prospect of facing foe Patrick Vieria once again in midfield. "I enjoy playing against any top player and he is one of the top players," said Keane.

"But it's a team game, 11 versus 11, not one versus one. If people see that as an important battle, then maybe it is, but I think there will be battles all over the pitch.

"I know FA Cup finals can sometimes be an anti-climax but I think it will be pretty explosive."

"I believe the rivalry between Arsenal and ourselves will make it a great final but it will only be enjoyable from the players' point of view if we win," he added.

"We have to give Arsenal the respect they deserve. Over the years I have always seen Arsenal as our biggest rivals, ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool and teams like that and I think it will be a great game on Saturday.

"Over the last 10-11 years since I've been at this club it's always been between ourselves and Arsenal."
