Ferguson: Up Your Kleberson Bids

Sir Alex Ferguson has told clubs interested in Kleberson to up their bid for the Brazilian as Manchester United will only sell the midfielder if the club's valuation is met.

The injury-plagued World Cup winner has been a bit part player for the Red Devils over the past few years following his move in 2003 from Atletico Paranaense.

Injury has blighted his Old Trafford career and Sir Alex Ferguson, who is refusing to loan the player out, understands why Kleberson wants out.

"We have had a lot of inquiries about him and one or two have tried to get him on loan, but that is out of the question,"  said the Scotsman.

"One or two have made bids but they don't match the value we believe he is worth. If we get that valuation, then that is a different matter," he added.

Werder Bremen, Corinthians and Benfica have all expressed a firm interest in the player over recent months.  The player claimed Benfica would be an idea move a few weeks ago.
