Ronaldo Set to Sign New Deal

Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed he will finally put pen-to-paper on a new contract with Manchester United, ending rumours indicating he's on his way out of Old Trafford.

The 20-year-old has been dwelling over an offer from United offciails for sometime but looks set to ink a new contract next week.

He revealed whilst on United's pre-season tour of Asia: "Everything is all right,"

"Maybe I will sign next week."

The former Sporting Lisbon starlet heads into his 3rd year as Red Devil next season and has progressed leaps and bounds since arriving in a £12 million move.

Real Madrid have been keeping tabs on the Portugal international for some time now as they look into the market for a new winger as fellow country-man Luis Figo is set to head out of Real's Bernabeu Stadium.
