United Reject Improved Kleberson Bids

Manchester United seem reluctant to sell World Cup winning midfielder Kleberson after rejecting yet another improved and serious offer from Turkish outfit Besiktas.

Kleberson has been limited to just 30 appearances in a 2-year spell at Old Trafford following a string of long-term injuries and increasing competition in midfield.

Sir Alex Ferguson revealed he has received bids from Besiktas while on tour in Asia. "There have been offers even while we have been here," he stated.

"We had another, improved offer from Besiktas yesterday but at the moment we know his value.

"He is a very good player, an excellent footballer and he is wanting first-team football so we're prepared to listen to some offers," he added.

Benfica and Celta Vigo are set to enter the bidding war for the Brazilian as their domestic seasons are set to begin soon.
