According to reports, midfielder Adam Murray has left Kidderminster Harriers in a move to Mansfield Town. Plus other bits and pieces

Murray departs

 swap on ?

After around 6 months since signing, it appears that midfield man Adam Murray has now linked up with Mansfield Town, according to the Mansfield official site and ITV teletext. This is dissapointing news for Kidder fans, who really wanted news of signings, not potentially their best midfield man leaving. Of course, some good could come of this. No fee has been reported, and with Murray still having 12 months left on his contract, this could mean some traffic in the other direction, out of Mansfield. The Stags do have 2 former Kidder or more importantly, Molby men on their books. Striker Colin Larkin, is already known to be a target of Jan, plus they have former Kidder midfielder Neil Mackenzie. This also indicates that Harriers will be one down in the middle of the park, and former player, Richie Appleby is also rumoured to return.

Fixtures

The fixtures have been released for the new league 2 season and Harriers start with an away game for the 1st time since joining the league. Harriers open with a trip to old rivals Rushden & Diamonds before entertaining Notts County the following Tuesday in their 1st home game. For full fixtures please check the clubs official site http://www.harriers.co.uk

So lets hope for a few arrivals soon, as the players report back for duty next Monday (5th July)
