Fulham manager Chris Coleman has managed to bring Dutch midfielder Bobby Petta to Loftus Road on loan. This should help Fulham in their push for that fourth place spot.
Fulham Sign Petta
Premiership high-flyers Fulham have signed Dutch midfielder Bobby Petta until the end of the season.
The Rotterdam-born left-sided player started his career with Feyenoord, before switching to Ipswich in 1996. He signed for Scottish champions Celtic on a free transfer in July 1999 and helped the side to a domestic treble in 2001.
He was called up by Louis van Gaal to the Holland team twice in but missed out on both occasions because of injury.
"He has proven ability which will help give us some important strength-in-depth in the squad, so I have no doubt that he will be an asset to us in the coming months," said Fulham manager Chris Coleman.
