Murray Released on a free
Shrewsbury Town have released midfielder Karl Murray after agreeing a settlement figure for the remainder of his contract.
The 21-year-old has made just six appearances for the Shrews this season and was told he could leave the club at any time by his manager, which must have dented his confidence slightly!
Murray had a brief loan spell with Northwich Victoria earlier in the season but decided that he wished to find a new club in his native South East.
The midfielder made a total of 129 appearances during just over four years at The Meadow, scoring just five times.
