"I had envisaged staying with PSG until June but, if this sort of thing continues, it will become very difficult," Le Parisien newspaper quoted Heinze as saying.
Graille had similarly blocked a possible transfer last June, when Heinze was courted by Spanish giant Barcelona.
Heinze has been a key component of PSG's good league position insecond place in the French first division, and is considered the lynchpin of a defense which has allowed only five goals in the last 10 league matches.
In Friday's edition of France Football's twice per week magazine, Heinze expressed his anger at seeing a move to Chelsea, one of the English Premier League's most glamorous teams, slip away.
"In life you don't get 36 chances like this," he said. "You must know how to take your chance when it comes.
"Chelsea is a big club with important ambitions. Who can refuse such an opportunity?"
