Thomas Rosicky has hit back at recent claims that he is not wanting Chelsea by making these comments- here he suggests he wants them badly.
So maybe Thomas Rosicky does want Chelsea after all, so
what are all these reports we're getting lately.
"Chelsea was asking about the price I could be available for," Rosicky told Wednesday's edition of Mlada Fronta Dnes daily.
Rosicky said all talks were conducted through his manager, Pavel Paska, and he would not elaborate.
"Yes, there was a contact," Paska was quoted by the paper as saying. But he added neither side would comment now.
Rosicky himself said he would not mind moving to London.
"It would be very hard to turn that offer down," Rosicky told the paper. "It (Chelsea) is the very best among clubs."
In a separate interview with the Czech Sport daily, Rosicky denied reports he was also negotiating with Spanish powerhouse FC Barcelona.
He called such reports "utter nonsense."
