The England Women Under 20s coaches have rung the changes for next week's international fixture against Wales Under 20s at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, kick off 3pm on April 6th.
Six players who were on the bench for England's 36-22 defeat to France Under 20s earlier this month have been called up to the starting line-up including newcomers to the squad this season Geraldine Thomas, Fiona Davidson, Rebecca Hughes and Amber Reed.
Tuesday's clash against Wales will be the first of two matches against England's home nations' rivals with Wales also hosting a game in May. England last played Wales in the 2009 junior Nations Cup and won 29-3.
England U20s Programme Manager Tom Stokes said: "There was a huge amount of positives to take from the France fixture and the whole experience will prove invaluable for all players in the long term.
"But now we're looking forward to the next challenge. The Welsh are always competitive and will be out to prove a point. A number of the squad have played them before so will know what to expect.
"Selection has been difficult, but this testament to the strength of the squad and the ability of the players in it. We want to give players the chance to experience the challenge of international rugby so this is an opportunity for the likes of Geri Thomas, Rebecca Hughes, Amber Reed and Fiona Davidson to show what they can
do. Poppy Cleall has also been performing well at regional level and we're pleased to have her involved."
