England Rugby November 2012 In Review........  A busy, busy month, found it hard to keep up with all that was going on.

 

The 2012 RFU Annual Report & Accounts, were published and confirmed continued and substantial investment at all levels of the game, despite the financial impact of fewer home matches in a Rugby World Cup year. RFU Financial Results  

A landmark judgement follows a long-standing dispute between the RFU and Viagogo dating back to March 2011 to identify those who were offering for sale tickets on the Viagogo website for the 2010 Investec Internationals and the 2011 RBS 6 Nations, breaching the RFU’s ticketing terms and conditions

And just to wet the appetite we had a starter A mix of RFU Championship youth & experience to face Maori All Blacks RFU Championship Squad to face Maori All Blacks 2012.   Chris Robshaw named as England Captain for Autumn Ins 2012 

England v Fiji 10/11/12 - Match thoughts/Team    England v Fiji Match Thoughts Review  After such a resounding win over Fiji England look to continue a winning run against Wallabies  but in all ended in tears(I thought it might)!! England v Australia QBE International 17/11  England 14-20 Australia :In Pictures  an uphill road again for England this Autumn England Team to face South Africa Sat., 24/11  England look to bounce back against South Africa they nearly did but luck was not on their side unfortunately England v SA  24/11 match thoughts

Oh dear England suffering big style and I for one could not see them winning against the All Blacks Advent of the ' All Blacks' 2012 hey but guess what they did England went down in the record books this day, defeating the All Blacks in some style and halting their unbeaten run  England 38-21 New Zealand :In Pictures  England v New Zealand  Post Match Thoughts

We also had 2013Autumn Ints., fixtures confirmed. All games will kick off at 2.30pm &will be shown live on Sky Sports. Opponents for 2013 QBE Ints.,

And in the Sevens -  Richmond’s Abigail Chamberlain was handed the captaincy armband to captain a young England side in the -Inaugural Women’s 7s

 

 

 

   

England Sevens - Dubai Fixtures/Results Not a very good showing from England.  We expected so much from them but that is the nature of sport I suppose?  7s Dubai 30/11-1/12 All Fixtures
