England return to Allianz Stadium as they take on Italy this Sunday in the 2025 Guinness Six Nations (KO 15:00PM, ITV 1).There are three changes to the starting XV who defeated Scotland in round three with Fraser Dingwall, Elliot Daly and Jamie George, who will be making his 100th cap, all included.
