Playoff's no clearer after Ipswich hold Sheff Utd

The Playoff's were no clearer this evening after Sheffield United were held to a 1-1 draw by Ipswich Town at Brammel Lane.It leaves United on 70 points along with West ham,Wigan and Crystal Palace while the Royals are on 67 points.West Bromwich Albion are the visitors to the Madejski tomorrow.

The promotion picture became no clearer tonight after Ipswich held Neil Warnock's Sheffield United to a 1-1 draw at Brammel Lane which leaves the Royals in a great chance ahead of tomorrow's clash with promoted West Bromwich Albion.

Former Bradford City striker Andy Gray put the Blades in the lead after Michael Tonge was fouled in area by Dutch full back Fabian Wilnis. This was United 16th penalty of the season, an amazing record. But moments later Ian Westlake rescued a point for the Tractor boys with a brilliantly worked goal. Both teams had their moments to seal the win but neither took them and Ipswich will be the far happier.
