Season Ticket Sales pass the 6,000 mark

Season Ticket Sales for next season have passed the 6,000 mark which is good news for the club.The Royals will once against mount a promotion push for next season as they look to bring Premiership football to Berkshire.

Season Ticket sales for the 2004/2005 season have hit over the 6,000 mark which is great news for the club, especially as their is more than 2 months to go before the first ball is hit on the 7th August in the newly named Coca Cola League Division 1.

It has been hard to predict the number of people willing to sign up after a frustrating season. The team's home form has been patchy while the performances have been varied. While witnessing fantastic displays against the likes of West Ham United, Sheffield United and West Bromwich Albion, supporters have also had to see performances against Wimbledon, Walsall and Crewe. No disrespect to these clubs but with our players expecting promotion then we have to beat sides like them.

The Royals could face the possibility next season of facing 2 former manager's at the Madejski Stadium. Alan Pardew's West Ham are in the Playoff final next Saturday against Crystal Palace while Mark McGhee's Brighton face Bristol City in the 2nd Division Playoff final. Add to that the visit's of Leeds United, one of the country's most famous clubs and also the other blue and white hoops QPR.

Its an attractive package for Royals supporters who's support could really give the players and staff a lift by committing themselves for another season.
