STAR Stewarding Forum - Important Information

STAR will be holding a forum of stewards before the Gillingham game on September 18th at 1PM.

Any interested parties to go to the Conference Centre Reception Area at 12:45 PM.

This is a new idea by STAR to put the thoughts across from fans to the stewards to improve the relationship and understand how and why certain matters are dealt with.

In other news Nicky Shorey has signed a twelve month extension to his contract keeping with the Royals till 2007.

The promising left back joined the Royals for a bargain £25,000 back in 2001 from League Two ,Leyton Orient and was quick to take Matt Robinson's place.

Chairman John Madejski declared on the Official Website, " It's a great signing. I'm sure if he had not signed for another three years then there would have been plenty of other clubs interested."
