TEAM NEWS

Reading have no new injury concerns after their 0:0 draw with Watford on Saturday. The same starting eleven from Saturday are expected to start again against Burnley.

Steve Cotterill's Burnley side have brought in a number of new faces over the past few days, Sheffield United's Jon Harley and Wolves Keith Lowe have arrived on loan while John Spicer has moved to Turf Moor on a permanent basis from Bournemouth for a nominal fee.

Burnley will however be without the services of Frank Sinclair (hamstring) and Wade Elliott (ankle). Defender Wayne Thomas will also be missing after being sent off on Saturday in Burnley's 2:2 draw with Derby County.

FORM GUIDE
Reading have not conceded a goal in their previous four league games and currently sit second in the table. The Royals latest game earned Steve Coppell's team a draw in a tight and scrappy affair against Watford on Saturday.

Burnley's latest game against Derby County on Saturday was rather the opposite with The Rams snatching an injury time equaliser to take a point scoring in the ten minutes that were added on at the end of the game.

Burnley currently lie 18th in the league with four points from their five games played so far.
