Charlie Harrison banned for 4 weeks.

Titans team manager, Jim Kilfoyle was disappointed with the decision and has stated that the club will appeal. The appeal will take place in Leeds tonight at 7.30pm. If unsuccessful, Charlie will miss the league games against London Irish, Saracens and league and cup games against Newcastle.

Newcastle Falcons lock Mark Andrews and Rotherham Titans scrum-half Charlie Harrison were each suspended for four weeks when they appeared before an RFU disciplinary tribunal at the Coventry M6 Holiday Inn Hotel this evening.
Andrews pleaded guilty to kneeing Harlequins flanker Pat Sanderson in the body during the Zurich Premiership game on October 11.
Harrison had a yellow card issued against Bath on October 11 upgraded to a red card by the independent citing commissioner. He was charged with kneeing an opponent to the head but the lesser charge of kneeing in the body was substituted by the disciplinary panel. Both Andrews and Harrison will be able to resume playing on November 19.
The disciplinary panel comprised Richard Moon (Cambridge University), who was the chairman, Paul Murphy (Oxfordshire) and Dr Matthew Lohn.
