Doncaster 0 (). 

After the weekends results Nottingham are up to eighth place after this 12-0 win over Doncaster on Friday night.

Scrum half Neil Stenhouse gave the home side the lead on five minutes with a penalty goal and eight minutes later a Ben Thompson drop goal made it 6-0 before a second Stenhouse penalty gave the home side a 9-0 half time lead.

In the second half Stenhouse kicked his third penalty goal on 43 minutes in what was the final score of the match. 

Bedford Blues 20 (Tries: Moir, Phillips. Cons: Harriss. Pens: Harriss 2.) 

NEC Harlequins 26 (Tries:  Keogh, Williams. Cons: Mehrtens 2. Pens: Mehrtens 2.). 

Quins maintained their 100% start to the season in a tough match against Bedford Blues at Goldington Road in front of a sell out 5,500.

Quins made a great start and were 12-0 ahead after just 12 minutes with a try from  Winger Simon Keogh, Mehrtens converted the try and with a couple of penalty goals sent the home side in 20-3 down with Full back Tom Williams grabbing an injury time try, which Mehrtens converted for 20-3.  

Four minutes into the second half and the home side were over the Quins line with centre Craig Moir touching down and with Harris converting it was a 10 point game.

Mehrtens steadied the ship with a penalty goal on 51 minutes.

A few minutes later and the Blues were right back within striking distance with second row Jon Phillips going over for a try and with Harris converting it was a six point match. 

Pertemps Bees 22 (Tries: Trayhern, Beim, Baxter. Cons: P Knight 2. Pen: P Knight.) 

Newbury 22 (Tries: Hart 2, Damu Damu. Cons:  Feeney 2. Pen: Feeney.). 

Newbury snatch a late draw at Sharmans Cross Road thanks to a try from flanker Isoa DamuDamu in jury time.

The Bees raced into a 12-0 lead with two tries in the first eight minutes through flanker Cae Trayhern and right wing Tom Beim and a Paul Knight conversion.,

Blair Feeney, Newbury, and Paul Knight exchanged penalties later in the half and the home side went in 15-3 ahead at the break.

Second row Chris Hart went over for a try for the visitors early in the second hart and Feeney added the extras but it did not take the home side long to get their third try with left wing Nick Baxter going over for his 6^th try of the season and Knight converted for 22-10.

Hart got his second try on 74 minutes, Feeney converted to make it a five point lead for the Bees.

In injury time Newbury levelled with their third try but could not snatch the win with the conversion missed.  

Exeter Chiefs 8 (Try: Mason. Pen Yapp.) 

Otley 12 (Tries: Luffman, Wring. Con: Binns.). 

Otley pick up an excellent away win at the County Ground over Exeter Chiefs in a low scoring match.

The visitors took the lead on 23 minutes with hooker Mark Luffman touching down and Simon Binns converted for 7-0. They made it 12-0 in injury time at the end of the half with prop Justin Wring making it a front row double and they took the 12-0 scoreline into the half time break. 

Five minutes into the second half and Tony Yapp pulled three points back with a penalty goal. The Chiefs did manage to cross the Otley line when hooker Gareth Mason went over for a try on 62 minutes in what turned out to be the final try of the match as the visitors held on for a four point win.

London Welsh 13 (Try: Bidwell. Con: Meenan. Pen: Meenan. DG: Meenan.) 

Earth Titans 7 (Try: Donald. Con: Whitehead.) . 

The Welsh picked up just their second win of the season with this home success over Earth Titans at Old Deer Park to move off the bottom of the National one table.

They did all their scoring in the first half with Mark Meenan dropping an 8^th minute goal to give them the lead. He added a penalty on 14 minutes and converted a try form centre Adam Bidwell on 23 minutes and the Welsh took their 13-0 lead in to the half time break.

Just after the hour mark the Titans were off the mark with No 8 Scott Donald touching down and former Welsh player Mike Whitehead added the conversion in what was the final score of the match.

Sedgley Park 8 (Try: De Jager. Pen: Jones.) 

Plymouth Albion 25 (Tries: Arscott, Van Eyk, Fisilau, Sestaret. Con: Barnes. Pen: Barnes ). 

Albion close to within a point of third placed Bedford Blues after picking up all five points on offer at Park Lane as they defeat Sedgley Park

Park went ahead on six minutes through a Phil Jones penalty goal which Ed Barnes cancelled out on 12 minutes. The visitors got their first try on 21 minutes with left wing Nicholas Sestaret touching down and just after the half hour mark a try from centre Keni Fisilau made it 13-3 which was the half time score.

In the second half centre Regart Van Eyk went over on 48 minutes for Albion and Barnes converted this time for 20-3. The bonus point try came on 59 minutes with full back Luke Arscott touching down for 25-3.

Park did manage a consolation try on 71 minutes with full back Arno De Jager going over for an unconverted try.   

Cornish Pirates 15 (Tries: W James, Motusaga. Con: Barlow. Pen: Barlow.) 

Coventry 10 (Try: Rheeders. Con: Harvey. Pen: Harvey). 

The Pirates beat Coventry at Kenwyn Hill but fail to pick up the four try bonus point for the first time at home this season.

It took the Pirates just three minutes to cross the Coventry try line with second row Will James going over for an unconverted try. Tom Barlow did kick a penalty on 18 minutes to make it 8-0 and it stayed that way till the half time break.

Dave Harvey kicked a penalty for Coventry early in the second half but a second home try from flanker Iva Motusaga converted by Barlow saw the Pirates move into a 15-3 lead. 

Coventry though claimed a losing bonus point when replacement back row man Hendry Rheeders went over on 77 minutes and Harvey converted. to get them within five of the home side.
