Imps trio picked by FourFourTwo

FourFourTwo have announced their candidates for the Football League awards and the Imps have three players whom the magazine believe to be City's best. Although City only usually get one, the manager appears havegone all out, although no side in League two has fewer candidates than us.

The three up for nominations are Rob Burch, Cian Hughton and surprisingly, Jamie Clarke. Burch and Hughton have had excellent seasons, whilst many will be surprised by the inclusion of Clarke given that he has scored just once in the League all season long.

The awards will take place on March 14th and you can vote for any City player at www.fourfourtwo.com.

i'm guessing the people who pick it saw our tv game at northwich and just immediately assumed he is our star player

probably, i guess you cant have loan players in there, if not then the next permanant player i would have in there would be watts i think, instead of clarke.

as you could probably guess, i went for Burch.. tough choice as i think Cian is outstanding, but my loyalties lie with Rob lol
