Jackson one of the favourites after McCall quits Bradford

Ex-Imps manager Peter Jackson could be set for a return to League Two management after being made the favourite to take over from Stuart McCall, who left Bradford City on Monday morning.
Jackson left Sincil Bank in September after starting the season poorly, with his last win ironically coming away at Bradford on August 18th. He had a relatively poor record at Lincoln and lost more games than he had won as manager. He is now however one of the favourites to take over at Bradford City due to the fact that he the club's former captain, as well as the success he had with near-neighbours Huddersfield Town.
McCall quit Bradford on Monday afternoon after failing to challenge for promotion in his time at the club. He had promised to resign last season if Bradford didn't make the Playoffs, but quickly went back on this decision after the Bantams finished outside of the top seven.

Wouldn't be suprised to see Jackson there.

I do at times question wether or not it is the manager or the lack of supprt they recieve at Lincoln.
I think back to times when we were looking for a manager - Especially when we chose not to pursue Danny Wilson. I have to wonder if Sutton was a cheap option as he clearly wouldn't need the money, nor Pearce I would of thought.

I agree that it is possible he could do a job there.

I think the club hedged their bets with Jacko in the summer. Im not really one for knocking the board, but I think in this case they shouldve had the balls to either back him with cash or sack him.
Apparently Bratfut are after someone until the end of the season only, so it wouldnt surprise me if he turned up there.
