The Easter weekend has so far done nothing to indicate who will be likely to be relegated to League Two along with Wycombe and Stockport. Southend are on 38 points but the next six teams are seperated by just 3 points.
Gillingham are the final team in the drop zone after a 1-0 defeat at rivals Oldham. It is the first time that the Gills have been in the relegation zone this season and is a shock after they defeated second placed Swindon 5-0 on the opening day.
The are now arguably the favourites to join Wycombe, Stockport and Southend in League Two next season, especially as their remaining fixtures include games against Millwall, Leeds, Norwich and Southampton, four of the best teams in League One.
Should they recover though, they have a collection of teams above them, with Leyton Orient now managerless after sacking Geraint Williams following a 3-1 home defeat to Hartlepool, themselves in the relegation battle. Tranmere, Oldham and Exeter are also within 3 points of the drop zone, whereas Yeovil can't afford to relax yet.

Another good post, Nathan. From a purely selfish point of view, I would like Gillingham and Oldham to drop down, as they represent two grounds I have never seen the Imps play at.
Much like you Posh, I would only want grounds I have yet to go to.....as it stands the only new grounds I'm due are Stevenage and the new ones of Morecambe and Chesterfield.
I did forget to mention about the Conference Playoff Teams effectively being decided. It looks almost certain to be Stevenage/Luton, Oxford, Rushden and York.
For the local factor is has to be either Rushden or York (although neither are overly close)
Went to Oldham in 99. Went to Gillingham not only watch them there twice but saw us play Brighton there during the promotion season 97/98 when only three floodlights worked when Thorpe got the winner on a Tuesday night.
