Wycombe return to League Two

Wycombe Wanderers' season long stay in League One is over and they will return to League Two next season. They had been in good form recently but a 2-0 defeat at Leyton Orient means that City will make the trip to High Wycombe again next season.

Wycombe have been given survival a fair old go in recent weeks but they had left it too late and the side that contains Gareth Ainsworth and Dean Keates, two former Imps, will be back in League Two next season.

It leaves just one relegation place to be decided in League One and it's between Tranmere, Exeter and Gillingham to decide who will be joining Wycombe, Southend and Stockport in relegation.
