Ex-Imp promoted to the Premier League

Gary Taylor-Fletcher will be playing Premier League football with Blackpool after their deserved 3-2 win over Cardiff at Wembley. The man who was released by Keith Alexander in 2005 scored Blackpool's second equaliser in an enthralling game.
2 years after Hull became the first side since the introduction of the Playoffs to win promotion from the League Two to the Premiership without winning a League title along the way, Blackpool have become the first team in history to win promoted from the bottom to the top with Playoff victories only.
In what was a game between two sides who were promoted outside of League Two in 2000/1, it was guaranteed that a new name would be in the Premiership next season. Gary Taylor-Fletcher lined up after failures in the Playoffs with Lincoln and Huddersfield, hoping it would be third club lucky.
Blackpool fell behind to a Chorpa goal before equalising through an Adam free kick. Ledley made it two for Cardiff before Taylor-Fletcher's header and an Ormerod goal sealed the win.
Assuming he stays there and assuming all of our loanees from Villa and Fulham don't progress, Taylor-Fletcher will be the only ex-Imp in the Premiership next season.
