Imps loan Celtic's Hutchinson

Lincoln City have signed one of the Celtic team that beat the Imps in pre-season last month. Hutchinson scored twice in that friendly and did enough to impress Sutton, bringing the former Premiership man in on loan until the end of the season.
In typical Sutton style, Hutchinson has a generally poor scoring record. He has scored just three goals in 32 professional appearances, a similar number to Davide Somma before he came here last season. Hutchinson spent time at Swindon Town last season, playing in their FA Cup third round game at Fulham.
Hutchinson could easily become first choice striker given that no-one else has staked a claim yet. McCallum has had a goal disallowed but has been otherwise anonymous, Broughton and Facey have now played 20 Lincoln games between them and scored once, whereas Andy Hutchinson has barely had a shot since scoring his one and only goal for Lincoln in April 2009. Then there's not to forget Chris Fagan, whom hasn't even played for the Imps during 2010.
Ben will more than likely make his debut at Gillingham on Saturday.
