Sutton spent entire budget before leaving

Hopes of a quick change around in playing personal has taken a blow with the news that before leaving, Chris Sutton had spent the entire playing budget. It had been hoped that Steve Tilson would immediately start replacing members of the squad, but that has now been put in doubt, although Bob Dorrian has said that club are going to find Tilson some money somehow.
Sutton left the club with a fair from stellar playing squad, especially up front. Bringing in Delroy Facey, Gavin McCallum, Ben Hutchinson and Drewe Broughton to this club, it sums up Sutton's failure in bringing goal-scoring strikers to this club, the four of them have scored just twice between them so far this season, one of which was a penalty.
It had been hoped that Steve Tilson would bring in several players immediately, with Coventry's out of favour striker Freddy Eastwood being a target (if you believe certain people who travel on the supporters coach). However, unless clubs agree to pay the wages of their players for the duration of the loan, it seems unlikely that any new faces will be at Sincil Bank anytime soon, although Bob Dorrian has said the club will find money somehow.
Speaking to the BBC, Dorrian stated "Chris has spent all the money this season. But as a board, we know that any new manager will want funds to bring in the players he wants so by hook or by crook we will find the money for Steve."
Tilson's first match in charge will come against Stockport on Saturday at Sincil Bank.

Sutton has done well out of football as a good will jesture i think he should gift Lincoln his years wages back so Tilson can repair the squad sutton built.
I thank Sutton for bringing in the good players but with his inability to get the team to work as 1 unit we seem to have players with ability but as inderviduals & at this level we need better
