Are you doing anything on March 26th?

Lincoln City fan David Avison has asked me to promote an event he has helped organise. He works closely with the Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy and they have organised an evening of dinner, dancing and an auction that includes several signed footballing items.

The below is a statement from the Trust's website.

On 26th March 2011 we will be holding our 2nd Dinner Dance and Auction. Following feedback from the 2010 Dinner Dance we have changed location to a bigger venue with a later finishing time of 1am. Anyone stopping the night at the Petwood can then move to the Residents Bar.

The event will be held at the Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. The Petwood Hotel is set back in 30 acres of mature woodland and is well renowned for being the Officers Mess for 617 Squadron - The Famous 'Dambusters' during the 2nd World War.

Doors open at 6.30 for 7pm sit down. The night will consist of a welcome drink, 4 course meal, live band as previous, and auction, hosted once again by our Celebrity Guest Auctioneer, Luke Marsden. A link to our auction list will be added later on in the year.

There are 160 tickets available at a slightly increased cost of £45 per person. As previous the dress code for the evening is formal wear.

We are also offering a payment plan which helps you to spread the cost between now and March 2011. Please note if you would like to buy multiple tickets, using this method, they have to be bought individually. We have had a massive interest in tickets by offering the option to pay monthly and would, therefore, advise you purchase your tickets as soon as possible as ticket sales are limited.
