Former Imp and Nottingham Forest man comes out of retirement

Former Lincoln City striker Jason Lee has come out of retirement to sign for Arnold Town. The 39 year old had a memorable spell in the Premiership with Nottingham Forest, mainly because of his choice of hairstyle, before spells with numerous clubs, including Peterborough, Boston and Notts County.
Jason had retired from football earlier in the season but he has now made a swift return with Arnold Town, a team in the KoolSport Northern Counties East League Premier Divison.
He had started his career at Charlton but his first chance came when moving to Sincil Bank in 1991, he went on to score 21 goals in 93 appearances for the Imps before leaving for Southend. During an illustrious career, Lee played for Charlton (twice), Stockport, Lincoln, Southend, Nottingham Forest, Grimsby Town, Wtaford, Chesterfield, Peterborough (twice), Falkirk, Boston (twice), Northampton, Notts County, Mansfield Town, Kettering Town, Corby and Ilkeston.
The high of his career came in the spell at Nottingham Forest, representing them in the Premiership with a hairstyle that resembled a pineapple.
