Ainsworth and Imps miss out

Neither the Imps or Wycombe's Lincoln legend Gareth Ainsworth gained an award at Sunday evening's Football League awards, with Bury's Ryan Lowe being crowned as League Two's Player of the Year.
Ainsworth was up for League Two's best player but missed out to Ryan Lowe, the 32 year old scored a hatrick at Sincil Bank in November and also saw off Rotherham's Adam Le Fondre.
Lincoln also failed to pick up a single award, but there were numerous awards involving League Two clubs.
