Striker : Kyle Perry

Tall striker Kyle Perry joined the Imps in the summer of 2011 following a prolific year at Tamworth. With a good mix of league and non-league experience, Perry had records of better than a goal every three games at four of his previous nine clubs, he didn't replicate that at Lincoln.

Signed From : Tamworth

Debut : Southport - 13th August 2011

Final Game : Grimsby Town - 26th December 2011

Birmingham born Perry started life at nearby Walsall but failed to make an appearance for the Saddlers. He dropped into the non-league and was one of the first players signed by pheonix club AFC Telford United. He hit the net 32 times in 68 games for the Bucks, a ratio just shy of a goal every other game. Despite his impressive record, he was surprisingly released by Telford.

He joined Hednesford and became a one game wonder, making his one and only appearance for the club in an opening day game against Marine. He soon joined Willenhall Town and scored 26 goals in his only season there. Chasetown was his next port of call and his six goals in eleven games, combined with his performances in the FA Cup as Chasetown made the FA Cup third round, gained national attention.

League One Port Vale took the gamble on Perry but it was to prove to be a frustrating time for Perry as he failed to score in his 31 appearances and a loan spell at Blue Square Premier side Northwich only returned two goals from seven games.

Mansfield Town snapped him up from Port Vale in 2009. He hit the net 9 times in 40 appearances for the Stags and was largely unpopular with their fans. Tamworth snapped him up at the beginning of the 2010/11 season and he scored 17 goals in 40 appearances to help the Lambs avoid relegation.

He joined Lincoln in July 2011. He got off to a good start to his Lincoln career, scoring three times in the opening four games of the season, making him the leading goalscorer at the time. Despite that promising start from the striker, it certainly didn't stay like that and they were the only goals he managed in 26 appearances for the club.

At one point during the season he was loaned out to Telford and was allowed to play against the Imps.....and he subsequently scored. It was the only goal he scored at Sincil Bank. He was released at the end of that season.
