AD gives his opinions on all those involved in making Coventry City's season exactly what it was....

Baker, Carl (C+) : Was given the chance to join the class after excelling in a smaller group, and showed some promise early on. This did fade a bit towards the end of the year, but tries too hard at times and needs to ask for help more when he needs it. Very down-to-earth and likeable young man who does his homework.

Barnett, Leon (D-) : Joined through the Exchange Program from a local school with a decent reputation, but sadly looks out of his depth. Tries hard, and very occasionally comes out with some exceptional homework, but sadly too often there are basic errors.

Bell, David (C) : Done some exceptional pieces of homework during the year, but too many are average. Nice to have around but doesn’t make as great an impact on his classmates as he maybe should.

Best, Leon (B-) : Has been picked on in previous years, but more widely accepted in the playground this year, improving his classwork. This went to his head a bit and meant he felt he’d grown beyond the class and moved to a new one in the north halfway through the year.

Cain, Ashley (C) : First year up from junior school was a tough learning curve for him. Approaches classes very differently from the rest of his classmates and tries to make lessons exciting, but too often makes basic errors. Went on the Exchange Program and will be looking at other classes to help him progress further.

Cameron, Nathan (C) : Not a proper member of the class yet, but allowed to take a few lessons here and there for when he joins from junior school next year. Very confident and influential amongst his current classmates.

Clarke, Jordan (C+) : Junior school boy allowed to skip grades due to his exceptional work during lessons there. Will take time for him to fully adjust to a bigger school but has shown willingness to learn and if he keeps that up could be a very important class member in the future.

Clingan, Sammy (B+) : Joined from a similar class that was downgraded last year. Very calm and assured with some exquisite abilities, but suffered after being off ill for a few months and having to catch up.

Cork, Jack (C) : Another Exchange Student from an exceptional school. Classwork was only of a similar standard to the rest of the class though without really excelling anywhere. Nice lad who works hard.

Cranie, Martin (B+) : Joined the class from a top-level school, but which was starting to perform badly and has since been put under special supervision. Shows a great deal of ability in a number of subject areas. Has been asked to take on some subjects probably not suited to him, but has always done his best whatever has been asked of him.

Deegan, Gary (C+) : Was offered the chance to join the class after showing promise in a smaller class in Ireland. Works hard, but can be disruptive and hasn’t shown any exceptional talent as yet. Will be interesting to watch his progress next year.

Eastwood, Freddy (C) : Has been forced to sit on the edge of the class most of the time due to the influence of Clinton Morrison, but when given the opportunity has done some solid bits of work, although a few have been below the standard expected of him. Needs to show his full ability more often next year.

Grandison, Jermaine (D+) : First year up from juniors has been a mixed bag. Oozes enthusiasm, but sometimes can look very nervous and uncertain when asked to join in with the bigger boys. Needs a fair bit of guidance and help but usually produces decent classwork in the end.

Gunnarsson, Aron (C) : His work wasn’t anywhere near the standard of that he produced last year, and seemed to have things on his mind. Still fiercely determined and competitive, does get into the occasional scuffle due to a short temper, but ultimately a very nice lad. Hopefully he’ll be back to his best next year.

Hall, Marcus (C+) : One of the eldest members of the class, who the younger ones look up to. Always does his best, although sometimes the quality of his work isn’t great. A pleasure to work with but needs to move on and try something new.

Hussey, Chris (C+) : Joined the class from a smaller one in London. Young lad full of enthusiasm and willing to work, but needs some extra tuition as he’s a bit off the pace of the rest of the class. Looking forward to seeing him as a more prominent member of the class next year.

Jeffers, Shaun (C) : Another pupil offered the chance to experience a bigger class after doing well in junior school. Not quite ready to fully join in yet, but will be interesting to teach in the following year.

Konstantopoulos, Dimitrios (C) : Quiet lad who doesn’t get involved in class that much, although does put effort into his homeworks. Doesn’t cause problems, but maybe wants to change classes to one where he can be a bit more popular, although he is welcome to stay if he chooses.
