Proving that anything connected with Coventry City becomes farcical....

....Rotherham's Adam Le Fondre was reported to have put in a transfer request, only for the player himself to deny the rumour via Twitter. 

Coventry City have also been criticised by Rotherham chairman Tony Stewart for making a 'joke bid' (Rumours that he meant by adding Roy O'Donovan or Clive Platt as part of the deal have been, as of yet, unproved). If you don't ask, you don't get....
