Unfit Freddie Allowed To Leave

The potential class act that is Freddy Eastwood has been told to find himself another club. Contrary to rumours I would start if I thought it would help speed up any potential move, Roy O'Donovan hasn't.

Eastwood's fitness levels were called into question before this season started (A far cry from last summer where Eastwood was quoted as saying: "I'm feeling really fit and sharp"), and he has even fallen behind O'Donovan in the pecking order.

A player with the potential to be the first name on the Coventry City team sheet each match just has not managed to rise to the standards he is capable of, and is attracting attention from .... Bournemouth.

A local newspaper wrote the following after a FE brace for the Sky Blues in a pre-season fixture just after he had signed from Wolves (Where he was also classed as a failure):

"FREDDY Eastwood has become an instant hero with Coventry City fans .... [the] Sky Blue Army immediately took Eastwood to their hearts, singling him out as the sort of player who could quickly achieve cult status."
