Rams fans want action after opening day farce

A growing number of Rams fans are registering their concern after the poor opening day performance at home against Stoke City. The majority of their calls are for Lionel Pickering to move over and sell the club to someone who is willing to try and steer it back to some sort of success on the field.

Rams fans are beginning to talk of protests after just a single game of the 2003-2004 season. Having witness the poor display by the Rams in Saturday’s opening fixture of the season, fans are beginning to want some changes at the top.

The Rams board is coming in for fierce criticism from certain fans and they feel it is in the best interests of Derby County for the Chairman to leave and let new blood take over at Pride Park.
