Leeds V Bournemouth Preview

Leeds look to build on their return to winning ways last week with a visit from Bournemouth at Elland Road. In a week where 'off the field' issues yet again dominated the headlines for the Yorkshire side, Gary McAllister will be pleased to get back to footballing matters and building on his first victory last weekend.

Dougie Freedman joined Leeds last week on a 3-month loan deal after innitially rejecting a move, citing a desire to play regular football and help Leeds secure promotion as the reason for the u-turn.

Andy Hughes could also feature following a short injury spell but Jonathon Douglas is still some weeks away from full fitness. O'Halloran unsuccessful loan spell after sustaining a knew injury in the warm up last week means either Sheehan or Richardson should occupy the left back position.

McAllister has a wealthy of midfielders to select from, with Kilkenny, Tompson, Howson, Prutton and now Hughes in the mix whilst up front, Freedman could push for a starting place at the expense of Kandol - although after scoring two goals in two games, he would consider himself unlucky.

 Bournemouth currently occupy one of the relegation spots in League 1 having been deducted 10 points for entering adminstration in February - a situation they are still plague with. Ironically, former Chairman of Leeds, Gerald Krasner is the administrator in charge of the club at present - a situation that may inspire Bates to want the threee points more than ever!
