Leeds draw Second round opposition in Carling Cup

Leeds will be hoping for a good cup run this season and face Second Division opposition in the 2nd Round of the Carling Cup, being drawn at home to Swindon.
Swindon have played twice already in the present campaign, losing to Sheffield Wednesday in their opener but snatching a late victory against Colchester this week. They progressed to the second round of the cup at the expense of Southend on Tuesday 12th August.
Veteran striker, Tommy Mooney has been impressive so far for the 'Towners who turned down the chance to sign Gazza in the close season. Ties will be played w/c 22nd September 2003.
For the record, Sheffield United have been drawn at home to QPR!!
