Leeds reserve side drew 3-3 with Wolves last night, in a game that saw Michael Bridges continue his quest for match fitness. Leeds opened the scoring in the first minute. A long kick from Carson found Keegan. He headed on to Bridges, who chested it down for Chapuis to score with a fine shot. Wolves came back, and after equalising, took the lead mid way through the first half. The goal of the game came just before the interval though. Bridges rolled back the years with a stunning strike from outside the area into the top corner. He came off at half time, and must surely be a contender for a starting roll on Saturday. The second half was a scrappy affair, with Barmby and Chapuis missing opportunities. Leeds did grab the lead though when Chaopuis chased down the ball with the keeper, and Barmby rolled the rebound into an open goal. Wolves grabbed the final goal of the game 5 minutes from time, and a draw was a fair result. Pluses for Leeds weree obviously Bridgry. Chapuis also looked like he is adapting to the English game, and Dubes won a lot in the air. Of the youngsters, Frazer Richardson looked strong, an Jamie Winter looked a good prospect after coming off the bench.
