Player Released on Police Bail

The Leeds United player that has been held under arrest following alegations of a sexual assault on a 20year old girl has this evening been released on Police Bail.

No further details are available at present and West Yorkshire Police are still refusing to confirm the identify of the player. Earlier today, the Leeds based Newspaper, the Yorkshire Evening Post stated the identify of the man arrested was Jody Morris although this remains unsubstantiated at present. A second man whom it is understood is not a professional footaller was also released on Police Bail.
