Leeds v Swindon - preview

Leeds face Swindon tomorrow evening, and Kevin Blackwell may use the cup game to have a look at one or two of the fringe players.

The boss has already said that some players looked tired on Saturday, and with a big game against Sunderland on Friday, KB may rest several of his team. At the back, Kilgallon and Duberry may get a start ahead of Butler and Carlisle. In midfield, Richardson is likely to be rested, while Wright may also sit the game out. Pushing for places will be Matthew Spring, Cadamarteri and Aaron Lennon. Up front, Ricketts may earn a recall, and Jamie McMaster is likely to get his first start of the season. McMaster has impressed in almost every game he has appeared as a sub, and the manager could use the game to see how he handles a full 90 minutes. New recruit Sean Gregan is likely to start as the former West Brom player is in desperate need for games to get his match fitness up to the required level.
