Leeds will visit Preston on Saturday with a team at rock bottom. Wednesday’s performance against Burnley saw a new low, and Blackwell must try and lift the players.

Leeds will visit Preston on Saturday with a team at rock bottom. Wednesday’s performance against Burnley saw a new low, and Blackwell must try and lift the players. After the game, the manager said he would love to change the team, but was limited with the squad. He has today bolstered that squad by signing Sunderlands John Oster on loan for a month. What team KB puts out will be anyone’s guess. So many players disappointed in midweek, that all 11 places must be up for grabs. Youngsters like Lennon, Simon Johnson and Andy Keogh must come into contention, with the likes of Carlisle, Kilgallon, Deane and Gregan all under pressure after poor performances. It will of course, see David Healy return to his former club, with the striker desperate to open his account with Leeds – Saturday would be the perfect place to start.
