West Ham v Leeds - team news

Leeds will be desperate to take something out of tonights trip to West Ham. They are likely to go into the game without Clarke Carlisle, although the rest of the walking wounded are likely to declare themselves fit.

Gary Kelly, Brian Deane and David Healy are all expected to shake off knocks and be in contention for the game. Matthew Kilgallon, who had a spell at Upton Park on loan last season, should step into centre half, whilst Danny Pugh, fresh from a rest, will go to left back. Kevin Blackwell must decide whether to stick with his 4-3-3 formation, or revert back to a more traditional 4-4-2. Matthew Spring is pushing Simon Walton for a central midfield slot, whilst Jamie McMaster continues to impress for the reserves, and is close to a start. The game kicks off at 19.45, and after two successive defeats, scoring no goals, Leeds need to hit the floor running tonight, in what is sure to be one of their toughest trips of the season.
With the expected takeover a step closer, eyes will be back on the football pitch this evening.
